WHY WE STARTED
A passion for audio became Audio Signal Technologies.
Audio Signal Technologies grew from a love of audio engineering, music production, and the vintage hardware that helped shape so many great records. We are drawn to the way classic gear combines sound, character, simplicity, and a visual identity that immediately feels like a studio tool.
AST explores how those ideas can live inside software. That means studying and modeling vintage inspired behavior when it serves the sound, while also creating original DSP rather than limiting the company to recreations. Classic hardware is an influence and a reference point, not a boundary.
Every AST Plug-In is developed with close attention to sound, workflow, visual design, and the details that make a tool feel at home in a professional session.
