Online Store

You may not use our website, store, products, customer accounts, licensing systems, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Products

Audio Signal Technologies develops and sells digital audio software, including plug-ins and related digital materials.

Product features, prices, compatibility, formats, system requirements, and availability may change over time.

Digital Delivery

Audio Signal Technologies products are delivered electronically.

After a successful purchase, eligible products may become available through My Products in the customer’s account along with downloads, activation information, and available documentation.

No physical product is shipped unless specifically stated otherwise.

Software License

Purchasing an Audio Signal Technologies plug-in gives you a license to use the software. Ownership of the underlying software, source code, design, graphics, trademarks, and intellectual property is not transferred to you.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, licenses are intended for use by the purchasing customer.

You may not sell, share, publish, distribute, sublicense, rent, copy, or otherwise provide your activation license or licensed software to unauthorized third parties.

You may not attempt to bypass, defeat, disable, manipulate, or interfere with licensing or activation systems.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your customer account and for protecting your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.

Activation

Certain Audio Signal Technologies products require online activation.

Activation systems may verify product ownership and maintain records of authorized devices.

Activation limits may apply and may vary by product.

Attempting to circumvent activation limits or use a license without authorization may result in suspension or revocation of the affected license or account.

Purchases and Payment

Prices are displayed before checkout and may change without notice for future purchases.

Applicable taxes may be calculated during checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers.

You agree to provide accurate billing and account information when completing a purchase.

Refunds

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to engage in fraud, distribute malicious software, interfere with our systems, obtain unauthorized access to another customer’s account, abuse download systems, circumvent licensing protections, or violate applicable law.

Third Party Services

Our website and products may interact with or rely on third party platforms and service providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or failures caused solely by third party services outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimer
