Payment card information is processed through Shopify and its payment service providers. Audio Signal Technologies generally does not receive or store full payment card numbers.

This information is used to confirm valid ownership, apply activation limits, maintain your license entitlement, prevent unauthorized license use, and provide activation support.

License and entitlement records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain a lifetime license, verify ownership, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

5. Downloads and Customer Accounts

Purchased plug-ins, activation licenses, downloads, and available documentation may be accessed through My Products in your customer account.

When you request a download, we may use temporary or secured download links and may process technical request information necessary to deliver and protect the file.

Customer account and purchase information may be connected with our licensing systems so that products, licenses, downloads, and documentation can be displayed to the correct customer.
